Where Technology Strategy Meets Long-Horizon Thinking
We help organisations in Malaysia understand the environmental dimension of their technology estate — carefully, without theatre, at the pace the work requires.
Begin a ConversationThree Engagements, One Considered Direction
Each service is designed to meet an organisation at the precise moment it finds itself — whether first questioning its technology footprint or preparing disclosures for the coming reporting cycle.
Sustainability Posture Conversation
A short advisory engagement examining the energy consumption of your data centres and cloud workloads, device lifecycle, vendor carbon profiles, and the disclosure expectations reaching the Malaysian market through Bursa Malaysia's sustainability reporting requirements.
- Current-state posture note
- Vendor carbon profile review
- Disclosure readiness snapshot
Green IT Programme Advisory
A longer engagement for organisations entering a deliberate green-IT programme. We examine your present technology footprint, identify practices that carry the largest environmental cost, and write a sequenced programme paper covering data-centre optimisation, device lifecycle, vendor selection criteria, and disclosure readiness.
- Footprint analysis and sequenced programme paper
- Workload and data-centre optimisation guidance
- Vendor selection criteria
Sustainability Disclosure Workshop
A two-day workshop for teams responsible for the technology sections of sustainability disclosures — covering data gathering, methodological choices, narrative writing, and assurance relationships. Closes with a written disclosure handbook alongside your reporting calendar.
- Data-gathering and methodology review
- Narrative writing guidance
- Written disclosure handbook delivered
A Considered Approach to a Long-Horizon Challenge
Sustainability in technology is not a campaign with a launch date. It is a set of practices accumulated over years. We work alongside organisations that understand this.
Positioned in the Malaysian Context
We follow Bursa Malaysia's sustainability reporting requirements closely. Our advice is calibrated to the disclosure landscape organisations here actually face, not a generic international template.
Advisory, Not Audit
We do not arrive with a checklist. We listen to the present customs of an organisation, then offer a measured perspective on what the data shows and what the work might look like.
Paced to Operational Capacity
We do not propose changes that exceed what an organisation can absorb. The sequencing of a programme matters as much as its content. We plan for the work the organisation can actually carry.
Written Deliverables That Hold
Every engagement concludes with a written note or handbook the organisation may keep. Advice given only in meetings has a short half-life; a considered document lasts through staff changes and reporting cycles.
Bridging IT and Sustainability Functions
Our services are designed for technology leadership and sustainability officers working together. We speak to both audiences without privileging either, because the decisions worth making require both.
Prepared for the Coming Disclosure Cycles
Reporting expectations are tightening over the two to three years ahead. Organisations that begin the work now — even modestly — are better placed when the requirements crystallise.
An Enquiry Costs Nothing. A Considered Position Often Changes Everything.
If your organisation is beginning to ask questions about its technology footprint, or preparing for the disclosure expectations ahead, a short conversation with us may be the most useful hour you spend this quarter.
Enquiries We Commonly Receive
Who are your services suited for?
Our engagements are best suited to organisations in Malaysia where a technology team and a sustainability or finance function are beginning to work together on environmental reporting. This includes listed companies navigating Bursa Malaysia's sustainability reporting requirements, as well as organisations preparing for supply-chain disclosure expectations from international trading partners.
How long does an engagement typically take?
The Sustainability Posture Conversation is typically completed over two to three weeks. The Green IT Programme Advisory runs over six to ten weeks, depending on the size of the technology estate and the pace the organisation can sustain. The Disclosure Workshop is delivered over two days, with a preparatory session beforehand. We adapt timing to what the team can absorb without interrupting ongoing operations.
What is Bursa Malaysia's sustainability reporting requirement?
Bursa Malaysia requires listed companies to include sustainability statements in their annual reports, with increasing disclosure depth phased across Main Market and ACE Market companies. The scope of required disclosures — including technology-related emissions and energy consumption — has been expanding, with alignment toward IFRS S1 and S2 standards expected in coming reporting cycles. We monitor these developments and incorporate them directly into the advice we give.
Do we need to have data ready before engaging you?
Not at all. Understanding where the data is thin — and what that means for disclosure — is often part of the value we provide. The Posture Conversation in particular is designed for organisations at the early stages of data gathering. We work with what is available and note candidly what is not, so that the organisation knows what to address first.
How are engagements priced?
Our engagement fees are as listed: the Sustainability Posture Conversation from RM 945, the Green IT Programme Advisory from RM 2,650, and the Disclosure Workshop from RM 1,290. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and inclusive of the written deliverable. Where an organisation's circumstances require a scope different from the standard engagement, we discuss this before any commitment is made.
Is what we share with you treated in confidence?
Yes. All information shared with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential. We do not reference client organisations in external communications without explicit agreement. Our engagement letters include a confidentiality clause that reflects this commitment in writing.
